Adhesive hook and loop is on the basis of ordinary and special hook and loop  tape, through a high-temperature adhesive hot-melt machine, the glue is melted on the back of ordinary and special hook and loop tape tape, and then attached a layer of oily adhesive. 

The adhesive hook and loop is finished. 

Classification

1. The first type is an ordinary hot-melt glue, which has a low melting point. It is suitable for low temperature environments and winter.  The adhension is common, the operating temperature is -20°C to 70°C, the adhesion is common.

2. The second type is high temperature resistant hot melt adhesive, which has a higher melting point and is suitable for some high temperature machinery, suitable for use in summer, and it has strong adhesion and holding power after adhesion.

3. The third type is a self-adhesive product, which is a relatively special high-end processed product that is cut into the corresponding specifications with glue and adhered to the back, it has high-grade adhesion!

4. The fourth type is acrylic adhesive glue, it has high temperature resistance, and its adhesion can reach 50% in 1 hour, 70% in 2 hours, and 100% in 24 hours. Its high melting point is suitable for high temperature and severe cold seasons, and the operating temperature is -2°C to 108°C.

The Adhesive Process

Common adhesive processing can process adhesives from 10-300mm wide, and common adhesives can process the following materials; common adhesive hook and loop, plastic hook adhesives, loop adhesive etc.

The materials for back-to-back processing can be: hook and paste flannel processing, plastic hook and paste flannel processing, common hook and loop  processing, etc.

The backing paper of the adhesive-backed is white, usually for transparent color paper, milky white paper, etc.

Deep Processing

Deep processing is divided into several types.

The most common is 25 meters/roll or 50 yards/roll for direct shipment or custom size, which are cut into a certain length according to customer requirements.  And punching, which is also according to customer requirements. For punching, there are also back-adhesive methods according to the composite process. For example, back-to-back etc., and some customers need to use slitting when they want an irregular width, and slit the wider material into the width required by the customer.  Some still need to be sliced and then processed into slices and other deep processing.

Application

Widely used in household, paper packaging, stationery, electronics, luggage, toys, clothes and handbags, table and chair protection pads and other industries.

The stickiness

This product is a kind of sticky product, so it can stick to all products basically, paper, plastic, glass, leather, hardware and other smooth surface objects, and for daily necessities. As long as it sticks, it generally won't fall off unless a lot of force is used.
