Dull Wall Heat-shrink Tube
Dull Wall Heat-shrink Tube is made by co-extrusion of polyolefin and hot-melt adhesive. The outer polyolefin is flame retardant material with insulation resistance. The inner layer of adhesive with superior sealing capability, is also a buffer against mechanical strain.
Dull Wall Heat-shrink Tube is designed to provide superior sealing against water, corrosive gas and chemicals. Typical applications include environmental sealing of in-line splices.sealing and strain relief of connectors and terminals. abrasion protection and electrical insulation of automotive wiring harness splices and valuable components, fleet & marine sealing & protection and wire bundling etc.

Dull wall heat shrinkable tube Industrial Heat Shrink Tubing
Dual wall heat-shrinkable tube is made of the high quality polymer layer with hot melt ashesive (inner layer). When exposed to heat source,
the inner layer begin to melt and flow.
When it cools down,inner layer forms an adhesion layer between the tubing and the component or wire.This provides a water-tight seal and protection for the connectors or wire.
Characteristics
Shrinkage temperature: initial shrinkage temperature :70~80℃
Shrinkage temperature: initial shrinkage temperature 125℃, complete temperature range: -50°C-125°C
Product color: Black
Product features: Contraction ratio :4:1 and 3:1, seal protection, strain buffer
Use tips: Heat gun, hair dryer or lighter is recommended for heat shrinkage
