How to choose the best fibergalss sleeve?

1.Smell it

Try to smell to check if there is any smell. It has no smell if the fiberglass sleeving is good, but the poor one has strange smell,because it is likely to be mixed with polyethylene (that is PE)

2.Touch it

Try to touch the surface wheather it is smooth or not .It maybe incorporate other impurities if the surface is rough.

3.Burn it

It is very intuitive and useful to burn fiberglass sleeving.It smells pungent if raw materials mixed with recycled plastic or other impurities.

4.Pull it

The good fiberglass sleeving with great flexibility, wear resistance and tear resistance, but the bad one is easy to break because there are too many calcium carbonate fillers.

The cleaning and maintenance of fiberglass sleeving

1.Potion cleaning

Potion cleaning is that adding chemical reagents into the water. but it also shortens the life of the fiberglass sleeving,because the chemical composition is corrosive , which is not advisable.

2.Washing with water

Washing with water has no significant effect.

Because the impurities attached the inner wall , it cannot be completely cleaned.

3.Physical cleaning

In the market , the physical cleaning working principle is basically to use compressed air as the power, and use the launcher to launch a special projectile larger than the inner diameter into the fiberglass sleeving, so that it moves along the inner wall at high speed and fully rubs it to achieve the effect of cleaning the inner wall.Physical cleaning is the effictive way which almost has no damage . It is the most thorough cleaning method so far.
